Tech Fair

I had a few questions regarding the Tech Fair and thought I would post them here.
What equipment will we be able to use? I can bring the laptop but is it wireless in the whole high school? I would like to show what we are podcasting or can’t I because it is password protected? Where is the tech fair taking place in the high school? Can we have it projected so more people can see at once or is a laptop going to be sufficient? Are there enough plugs or do we need to make sure to charge our laptop battery?

The HS is wireless! Please charge your laptops as I’m not sure how many extension cords we will have…
I don’t think you will need a projector, we have about 35-40 tables/exhibits set-up so there will be a lot of people walking around looking at each table.
